Mill Park Primary School has collaborated with our community, including parents and caregivers, to create year-level events that are both affordable and suitable for our students’ needs.
Prep Event: 100 days/Breakfast at School

Description: The 100 Days Breakfast at School event is a special occasion where students celebrate reaching 100 days of school by enjoying a delicious breakfast together at the school. It’s a fun and memorable way to mark this milestone in the academic year.
Year 1 event: Special Lunch and Day at School
Date: TBC, Term 3 Description: Special Lunch and Games Day is a fun-filled event where students come together to enjoy a special themed meal and participate in exciting games. It’s a day packed with laughter, teamwork, and memorable moments for everyone.
Year 2 event: Disco and Dinner at School
Date: TBC, Term 4 Description: Disco and Dinner at School is a thrilling event for Year 2 students. They dress up, dance to music, and then enjoy a delicious dinner with friends, creating lasting memories in a safe and familiar setting.
Year 3 event: Big Day Out
Date: TBC, Term 2 Description: Big Day Out is a thrilling event where students explore new experiences and bond with their peers outside the classroom, fostering a sense of adventure and camaraderie. It’s a day filled with excitement and learning, creating lasting memories for all involved.
Year 4 event: 2-night Camp
Date: 16th – 18th October 2024 Description: Camp Woorabinda is an exhilarating outdoor excursion where students engage in hiking, team building, and nature exploration, creating unforgettable memories and fostering strong bonds with their peers.
Year 5 event: Big Day Out
Date: TBC, Term 3 Description: Year 5 Big Day Out is an exhilarating student-selected event where fifth-grade students embark on a day filled with adventure and exploration outside the classroom. It offers them the opportunity to participate in various educational activities
Year 6 event: 2-night Camp
Date: 21st – 23rd August 2024 Description: The Mt. Evelyn 2-night Camp is an exhilarating outdoor excursion where students spend two days immersed in nature, fostering teamwork, resilience, and a sense of adventure while forming lasting friendships.
