Mill Park Primary School’s facilities are designed to support its students’ growth and development. The school has spacious classrooms, a well-stocked library, fully-equipped science labs, and ample space for physical activities, including a large sports field, playgrounds, and outdoor courts. In addition, the school provides extracurricular activities such as music, drama, and art programs, which are well-supported by the school’s music room and art studio. These facilities provide students with the resources they need to excel academically, engage in physical activities, and develop their creative and artistic abilities.
Basketball and Netball Courts
Our synthetic playing area includes a full-sized basketball court and a full-sized netball court.
Performing Arts Room
Performing Arts is one of our specialist subjects and our Performing Arts Room is a very welcoming space.
Visual Arts Room
Visual Art is a big part of our specialist subjects and our Art Room provides a very creative environment.
Multi-Purpose Room
Our Multi-Purpose Room provides an indoor space for assemblies, whole school celebrations, dance, drama, and physical activities. Our OSHC Program operates from this space also.
Oval and Running Track
We have a wonderful synthetic playing area that includes a running track.
Buildings
Our school buildings contain flexible learning spaces that enable collaborative work whilst provding indivdiual classrooms.
Library
Our school library is a beautiful space for reading and borrowing books.
Playgrounds
We have magnificent playgrounds spaced around our school grounds. These cater for all of our students from Prep to Year 6.
Chicken Coop
Our Sustainability Captains are responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our chickens.
Vegetable Garden
Our school Vegetable Garden gives students an opportunity to plant and grow vegetables. Our Sustainability group helps to coordinate this initiative.
